Head of ADR:

Dr Md. Samsul Alam: We proud to get him as the Head of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Mr. Alam’s sound academic background includes PhD from American World University, USA. Additionally, he has also obtained LL.M & LL.B postgraduate in Law and BSc degree from Rajshahi University. He is an Advocate on Record of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He bears very good insights on how to deal with disputants in a professional manner.

ADR Associate:

Mr. Bazlur Rashid: He graduated in LL.B (Hons.) and LL.M from Rajshahi University. He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and the former Assistant Attorney General for Bangladesh. He bears very good insights on how to deal with disputants in a professional manner He is expert in negotiation Mediation and Arbitration.

ADR Associate:

Mr. Md. Ataur Rahman: He is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He bears very good insights on how to deal with disputants in a professional manner. He is expert in negotiation Mediation and Arbitration.

ADR Associate:

Ms. Tania Ferdous: Barrister Tania graduated in LL.B (Hons.), LL.M from University of Dhaka. She also obtained LL.B (Hons.) from University of London and Barrister at Law. She is a quick learner and able to handle the critical situation in professional manner. She bears very good knowledge on handle disputes.

 ADR Associate:

Mr. Md Roni Ahmed: He graduated in LL.B (Hons.) and LL.M from Prime University, Bangladesh. He is a quick learner and able to cope up the critical situation in his level best. He has the specific vision towards goal. We are happy to have him as an Intern with us.
