Managing Director:
Advocate Md. Rokon Uddin Miah, LL.M, LL.B (Hons), University of London, UK: He is specialized on Arbitration, Mediation, Negotiation, Labour Law, Human Rights Law, Criminal Litigation, Environmental Law, Trade Law, Article Writing etc. He is also expertise in debt collection Advocate Rokon started his career in Bank. Afterwards, he joined as Head of Law at American University of Bangladesh. Besides his practice in as advocate he joined as Managing Director of MARS Financial and Legal Consultancy Ltd. Meanwhile, he participated as a honorable member of ‘Labour Law Reform in Asia Pacific Region’ organised by the United Nations held in Bangkok and Delhi. He bears very good insights on how to deal with disputants in a professional manner.

Executive Director:
Mr. Md. Gias Uddin, M.Com (DU), MBA (HRM): He around 19 years working experience in both National and International organization. He is expertise in Human Resource Management and Administrative area. He is good at conflict resolution, grievance handling and negotiation. He acted as Secretary General of Dhaka University Accounting Alumni Association for two and a half years. He is a Fellow Member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resource Society and Honorable Life Member of Dhaka University Alumni Association. We are proud to get him as the Executive Director of MARS Financial and Legal Consultancy Ltd.

General Manager:
Mr. Showkat Anowar, M.Com (Management): He has around 20 years expertise in credit risk and outsource Management. He is specialized in debt collection, risk assessment, verification and other status reports in Credit Risk Management.

Asst. General Manager:
Mr. Md. Jakir Hossain, BSc. Eng (Civil): He has around 5 years expertise in Office Management and Administration. He is good at conflict resolution, grievance handling and negotiation.

Manager (Collection):
Mr. Md. Parvez Kabir, B.Sc. Eng. (CSE): He is an expertise to handle personal loan recovery. He is very sharp in almost accurate planning and implementation.  He has the specific vision towards goal. He is happy to do target oriented job. There are around 25 field agents under his supervision.

Manager (Provision):

Mrs. Rehnuma Tarannum Shoshi, M.A (English): She is a quick learner and able to cope up the critical situation to her level best. She has the specific vision towards goal and happy to achieve her target. Also capable to manage around 20 field agents under her supervision.

Manager (Personal Loan):
Mr. Mithun Saha, B.B.A (Hons), M.B.A: He is an expertise to handle personal loan recovery. He is very sharp in almost accurate planning and implementation. He has the specific vision towards goal. He is happy to do target oriented job. There are around 25 field agents under his supervision.

Customer Service Officer
Mrs. Rabeya Bosri, B.A (Hon’s): She is an expertise to handle customer calling. She has the specific vision towards goal. She is happy to do target oriented job.

Manager (Accounts):
Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman Atikey, B.A (Honours): He is a quick learner and an ideal honorable person. He has a good credit standing as account maintenance on the support of our account record by his honesty and compensative accounts receivable monitoring system.

Office Assistant:

Mr. Md. Ful Babu: He is competent enough to do office attending activities. He is very polite and gentle.
